Do you need one? Is there a benefit? What to include? How many pages? Who will read it? Can you start a business without one? So many questions but no a straight answer.  So what is a business plan? It's a deep documented summary of what your business is, why you are doing it, how you are going to do it, who are your competitors, who is your target audience, how do you compare, costings, forecasts, suppliers, back up suppliers, another back up supplier, and lots of other tedious information that usually leaves you with "What's the point of all this", "I just want to do my business and all the fun stuff". So ! I've been reading this book called Screw Work Break Free  by John Willaims, I discovered it whilst reading a blog post by  Kayla Joleen  on her top business books for start ups.  With my current mind set of literally wanting to "break free" out of my day job and slap bang into my soul mission, I thought; 'THIS book, with THIS title alone, surely must be my saviour? Right? I was barely an inch in and not even the power of excitement could hold me down! I might even go as far as... 'this book has changed my life'? (And at present I haven't even finished it yet) but honestly, it's changed every bit of my thinking and all the crazy inventions I have come up with, I now actually feel that they are all possible.
